My #1 goal is for you to be the Happiest, Healthiest & most Successful version of yourself! We will Accomplish that together by creating a program that is Realistic, has Attainable goals and is Motivating!

I take very seriously the opportunity to help people Feel Great, Move Better and Be Stronger!!!

As a husband and father to two young kiddos, I know how hard it can be to fit fitness into the daily/weekly routine. On the other hand, I know how Critical fitness is to Feeling good, Managing stress & Maintaining energy!!


What qualifies me to be your Fitness Coach??

  • I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science from Aurora University

  • I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association

  • I have more than 14 years of experience coaching clients of all ages and every fitness level

  • I am constantly learning as much as I can about human movement and psychology

  • I love to help, and see, others be happy and successful

  • I practice what I preach, but am also human and very far from perfect
